Manager - SAP Controls

Our risk & controls experts support clients across risk domains by resolving risk issues and capturing opportunities. Contribute to high growth of our Integrated Risk & Controls team, assisting clients in their journey to manage risk in line with their business strategy.

• Lead and manage SAP security and controls engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Oversee the design, implementation and assessments of SAP controls
• Convert identified issues and opportunities in client SAP environments into projects 
• Lead proposals, business cases, and sales activities such as responding to RFPs, bid management, and client presentations
• Pro-actively develop the network of SAP risk & control professionals and lead events

• You are self-motivated, flexible, with strong communication skills and experience in client consulting and business proposals with 5-8 years of experience in SAP security and controls 
• Expertise in SAP security and authorisation concepts. SAP business analysis and understanding of core financial business processes (e.g., P2P, R2R, O2C) and ideally expertise in assessing risks, and designing, optimizing, performing, remediating, or testing controls
• Strong experience of SAP applications including ECC, S/4HANA and other SAP modules. Functional experience of SAP GRC, Financials and BPC
• Hands-on experience in leading SAP risk and control projects with a flexible approach
• Experience in forming teams, inspiring and coaching team members
• A strong Swiss network within the SAP risk & controls with a track record of business development
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in German is highly desirable
