• Create engaging graphics, visuals, and short videos for internal and external platforms. 
• Support communication campaigns that bring I&D initiatives to life. 

  Research & data analysis  

• Track and report on event participation and content effectiveness. 
• Conduct research to benchmark our I&D efforts with industry standards.

  Event coordination  

• Provide logistical support for I&D events, speaker coordination, and participant engagement.  
• Assist with internal promotions and content updates related to I&D events.

• Currently enrolled in a university program (communications, design, business analytics, or related fields).  
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. 
• Skilled in visual content creation (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools). 
• Comfortable with data analysis and research to support decision-making. 
• Strong writing & editing skills in English (other languages are a plus!).
